Capturing the magic of Christmas, Chanel’s new life-sized snowglobe has now opened, offering a series of complimentary festive experiences over the holiday season.
Located in London Stansted airport’s World Duty Free, this wintery dome will be offering mini makeovers by its resident makeup artists using the Chanel Holiday collection, as well as complimentary hand and arm massages. Christmas card making and fragrance layering are also available throughout the season. However, for those wanting to give their gifts a more personal touch, an expert calligrapher will also be on hand across the month of December to customise gifts and cards with a complimentary, hand-written message.
Personalised calligraphy will be available on 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 12th, 18th, 19th and 20th December. What’s more, for those wanting to add a little Chanel glamour to their trees as well, personalised holiday ornament engraving will take place on 13th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd December.
A truly immersive shopping experience, the snowglobe will also stock the latest festive releases from Chanel’s newly launched Christmas collection. At the heart of the line are the No 5 Christmas gift sets, of which the standout is the magical, theatre-inspired fragrance coffret. Filled with a 100ml bottle of Chanel’s best-loved fragrance, it channels the aesthetic of the upcoming fantasy-filled Chanel Christmas campaign featuring Lily Rose Depp.
Other new hero products for the season include the No 5 Fragments D’Or, a rich gel that subtly scents your skin with Chanel No5 fragrance and gives it a shimmering, jewel-like veil of gold. Meanwhile, for a lighter moisturising option, try Les Exclusifs de Chanel’s Huile Douce, a delicate hair and body oil which hydrates and fragrances the skin with notes of jasmine and white musk.
