Six special Platinum Jubilee fashion collections to snap up now
The countdown to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee is on, and now’s the time to start planning the wardrobe options. Whether you’re looking to wear something commemorative on the day, or just want to own a piece of memorabilia that is equal parts stylish and historic, a limited edition accessory from one of these luxury brands is the perfect choice. Here, discover the most refined, Jubilee fashion pieces to celebrate Her Majesty’s 70 years on the throne.
The Jubilee Collection
A true British heritage house, Holland Cooper is synonymous with elegant equestrian style. It’s no wonder, then, that the regal label has released a limited edition, six-piece Jubilee fashion collection to mark the 70th anniversary of Her Majesty’s reign. Hand-cut and made in the UK from traditional Scottish wool, the four coats feature platinum-plated hardware and deep purple satin lining as a nod to the Queen. The styles range from a sleek black blazer jacket to a more traditional trench coat, reimagined in a special Jubilee purple tartan. Rounding out the collection is a regal silk scarf with equestrian details and a refined silver scarf ring.
Voitures Exquises Scarf 90, Limited Edition
A silk scarf is undeniably a staple of the royal wardrobe, and French luxury house Hermès has been a favourite among the monarchy for more than a century. To honour the Queen, Hermès has updated their silk twill Voitures Exquises scarf in a limited edition colourway. The elegant design, which features drawings of various carriages — a tribute to Poland’s Łancut castle, which has one of the most significant collections of horse-drawn carriages in Europe, with many of the harnesses produced by Hermès — is updated in green and cream. This limited edition colour scheme was chosen in support of The Queen’s Green Canopy, a tree planting initiative which invites Brits to “Plant a Tree for the Jubilee”.
Jubilee Bag Collection
Her Majesty is never spotted without her classic handbag, and more often than not, that handbag is designed by Launer. In honour of their most regal patron, the British brand has released a special, limited edition handbag based on the 1972 archival design which was the Queen’s preferred silhouette. Classic and sophisticated, the refined double-handled, gold framed style is a timeless design with only a gold-plated logo adorning the luxurious leather. Available in Cloud Blue, Ebony Black, Fawn Brown, Tangerine and Monarch Purple, there’s a colour for everyone.
Queen of England Scarf
While not a specific Platinum Jubilee design, this elegant silk scarf does come with the royal seal of approval. As the designer behind silk scarf designs often sported by Her Majesty herself, Ivana Nohel is well aware of what goes into sophisticated scarf design. Sold exclusively at Buckingham Palace, the silk design features rocking horses made by the famed Stevenson Brothers, including designs created specially for the Queen and her family to commemorate previous Jubilees.

Treat your feet to some real luxury with a pair of special velvet slippers from Royal household favourite, Penelope Chilvers, which counts Lady Amelia Windsor, the Duchess of Cambridge and the Countess of Wessex as loyal customers. The elegantly embroidered slipper designs see regal purple or navy velvet adorned with the Queen’s Cypher so that, at home at least, you can see what it feels like to walk in Her Majesty’s shoes.
Platinum Silk Scarf
You can always count on Liberty to design a classic British style with a whimsical, colourful twist. For their Platinum Jubilee fashion release, the historic house has designed a capsule collection of silk scarves, hand-drawn in Liberty’s London studio and presented with a hand-numbered card. The designs boast exclusive artworks that play with retro nostalgia and classic British iconography. The special Platinum design features the Queen’s guard, the Prince of Wales feather, and the Union Jack, all woven together in one chic square print.
