Nothing says Christmas quite like a beautiful wreath hanging on your front door, and there’s something even more magical about making one yourself. Some of London’s finest florists are offering up their expertise this winter by hosting special masterclasses where you can create your own festive arrangement, whether you’re looking for a traditional option studded with dried orange slices and winter berries or hoping to craft something a little more quirky. We’ve curated the best wreath making classes and workshops in London.
Stems Wilder Christmas Wreath Workshop
Nestled in the heart of Brixton Village, this ecologically influenced florist is known for its more sustainable approach to floral design, with a focus on fresh cut stems and dry flower arrangements made with unconventional flower types and combinations sources from local growers. This Christmas, they’re hosting a wreath-making workshop where you can make one of their gloriously wild creations for yourself.
During the evening you’ll learn how to make a wreath from scratch, with one of the team taking you through it all step by step – expect lots of moss and a selection of beautiful foliage and decorations for your one-off creations. If you can’t make it to the workshop, there are also clever DIY wreath-making kits available to help you pull it all off yourself at home.
