Raw Bloom Christmas Wreath Workshops
To usher in the festive season, Shangri-La The Shard has launched ‘Enchanted Wonders’, a winter installation designed to bring Christmassy vibes to the iconic London landmark. As part of that they’re hosting a series of wreath making workshops with Vauxhall-based florist Raw Bloom. There you’ll learn how to craft your own traditional wreath with a tutorial by expert florists, using fresh pine, dried fruits and florals. Once you’ve finished, you can spritz your wreath with the pine, lavender and incense scent of ‘Christmas Trees: A Lifestyle Fragrance’ by Jo Loves (who also designed the hotel’s Christmas tree). This colour-filled flower shop in Coal Drops Yard was founded by floral artist Sophie Kim, who has a background in sculpture and fine art – something you can see in abundance in her striking bouquets and Christmas wreaths.
