Housed in a Mayfair townhouse, the elegant and ultra modern space features a boutique with a full assortment of Dr Barbara Sturm products as well as four treatment rooms, where clients can book from the signature spa menu. Treatments range from the 60 minute Signature SturmGlow facial (£225), a combination of cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, and an anti-aging lymphatic massage, to the 60 minute Anti-Aging Body Treatment (£150), which uses exfoliation with intensive hydration and light massage movements to boost circulation and smooth skin texture.

While gyms are now opened up again, classes won’t return until mid-May. Luckily, Selfridges is stepping in for those craving a spin class. As part of its reopening, the Oxford Street flagship is teaming up with spin studio powerhouse Soulcycle to turn the back of the shop into an outdoor studio. The popular Soulcycle instructions will run daily cycling classes in the outdoor space which is covered to guard against the elements, but open-sided to comply with all Covid-related regulations. Booking for the signature 45 minute outdoor classes – which have already proved immensely popular in the US – will open a week in advance.
