French luxury powerhouse Dior has just opened a stylish new fashion flagship on Sloane Street, re-cementing the Chelsea boulevard as one of London’s most exclusive shopping destinations following its £46million renovation. Spread over three floors, the boutique calls to mind 30 Avenue Montaigne, Dior’s iconic Paris address.
Decked out in a soft colour palette of cream, white and neutral tones, there are plenty of nods to Dior motifs here, including Versailles parquet, toile de Jouy and cannage, here displayed in a unique mirror motif on the staircase. Eagle-eyed art aficionados will notice works by British artists Victoria Morton, Peter Seal and Selmar Parlour lining the walls, while standout furniture items include pieces by Christophe Delcourt and Patricia Urquiola.

Luxury Italian label Aquazzura has launched a captivating new store on Bond Street, transforming a three-story townhouse into a jewel box-pretty boutique that brings their elegant designs to life. Envisioned by Aquazzura Founder and Creative Director Edgardo Osorio and created by renowned Dutch artist and interior designer Marie-Anne Oudejans, its all-white façade belies the riot of colour you’ll find inside, where bright pink, yellow and aquamarine combine to dazzling effect.
Hand-painted exotic birds, flowers and butterflies dance across the walls, while the brand’s iconic stripe motif can be found adorning everything from stairwells and columns to glass display cases.
