Save the Children X Beyond Retro pop-up

1 – 7 December

When it comes to vintage pop-ups, Beyond Retro are the experts, and this year they’re partnering with Save the Children on a new limited-edition festive offering. Together they’re launching a first-of-its-kind Christmas jumper store, just in time for the charity’s annual Christmas Jumper Day, which this year falls on Thursday 7 December. The fashion pop-up shop, dubbed ‘Story Knits’, will be opening in Covent Garden for one week and will host a curated collection of pre-loved knits provided by Beyond Retro, with each one bringing to life the stories of 91 children (the number of young people helped by the charity every single minute).

Each jumper in the store has been hand-picked and named after a child, and features a label telling their individual story. The pre-loved jumpers on offer each cost £30, with 100% of the proceeds going to Save the Children and the work they do to provide children across the world with the food, healthcare and education they need.
